Prior to completing your Order Form please read our What's Included Section. This will give you details of what is included in the base price of the cards/ calendars and also give you details of optional extras you might like to consider, should you wish to enhance your cards further.

Box 1. Please complete your details and tell us if you would like your cards delivered to a different address.
Box 2. Enter your chosen card design number and card name, quantity, price band and price – please see each design for details. Cards can be ordered in units of 10 i.e. 110, 120 etc. Please Contact Us if you require a quotation.
Box 3. Choose your Greeting.
You may choose any of the standard greetings below or write your own message. If you choose your own greeting, please tell us what you would like printed and enclose a layout, on a separate sheet.

Box 5. Artwork and Logo.
Please tell us if you would like artwork or your logo printed on your cards.
We can accept bromides or digital artwork in one of the following formats: pdf, tiff, bmp or eps at a minimum resolution of 600dpi.
If you are supplying a photographic image (no negatives) we can only reproduce images at the quality provided and cannot return photographs.
Box 6. Signatures – if you would like signatures printed in black, please add £20.00 per order and enclose your signatures using a medium to heavy black ball point pen on white paper.
Box 7. If you would like colour printing, please Contact Us for a quote.
Box 8. Please tell us if you would like a proof. Proofs for orders of 250+ cards of the same design and with the same personalisation are free. For orders under 250 cards, proofs are charged at £15.00.
We try to turn proofs around as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days for your text only proof. Proofs for bespoke, photographic and colour print orders may require a little longer.
Please then complete the cost of your cards together with the payment details.
Box 9. Please tell us if you would like gold address labels as shown in the brochure or on the website.
Box 10. Complete your personlisation requirements, showing what you would like printed and where.

Finally, please check that all details are correct and that any special instructions are clearly written on your order form, as this will allow us to process your order quickly and efficiently.
Please send your completed order form to us by by fax if possible on 01446 746838 and we will confirm safe receipt of you order.
Important - Delivery Lead Times
All orders are despatched as quickly as possible, but we ask you to allow up to
12 working days from approval of your proof. Cards with front personalisation, colour printing or bespoke designs may take a little longer.
Orders are sent by courier – please allow 48 hours once despatched. We will send you an email advising you when your cards have been despatched so that you will know when to expect them.

In the unlikely event of your cards being printed incorrectly due to our error, we will reprint them as quickly as possible, without question.
