1   How can I order my personalised Charity Christmas cards?

We recommend you place your order through the website which speeds up the order process and saves you £7.50 +VAT delivery charges. However, if you prefer, you can send your order form by post, fax, email or by calling 029 2023 2874. We will happily guide you through the ordering procedure.

You can order a brochure online, and we will post it to you today.
Or you can view the cards online by Category or by Price Band.

3   When is the last date for ordering personalised Charity Christmas cards?

You will find that the earlier you place your order, the quicker the printing time. As the season progresses, we obviously get much busier and the printing time takes longer.

So, we strongly advise you order your Christmas cards as early in the season as possible. It is much less stressful when you don't have a last minute rush to get your Christmas cards in the last post!

The earlier you send your cards - the more people see them and the longer your message lasts too!

However, if you find Christmas fast approaching, call us and we will help you as best we can.

4   If there are some designs that I particularly like, can I see the sample before I buy?

Yes - in fact, we recommend that you order samples of the Christmas cards, so that you can see all the beautiful finishes. It is just impossible to do the cards justice with the images alone.Pass them around to your colleagues and friends before you make your final choice. Simply order your Free samples on our website - alternatively call, fax or email us, telling us which Christmas cards you would like to see and letting us know where you would us to send them.

5   How much is delivery?

Delivery of samples is free of charge.

Online orders receive free courier delivery but delivery on orders placed by any other means costs £7.50 +VAT. Your parcel will need to be signed for.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Eire and the Channel Islands will be charged at £20.00 +VAT.

Delivery to European Countries will be charged at £30.00 +VAT.

If you have multiple orders, there is only one delivery charge, providing orders are placed at the same time and are sent to the same delivery address.

6   What is the minimum number of personalised Charity Christmas cards that I can order?

You can order as little as 30 Christmas cards - this increases by units of 10 i.e 30,40,50 etc.

7   Do all your Christmas cards and calendars come with envelopes?

All of our personalised Christmas cards come with white 'peel and seal' envelopes, which have been specifically selected to the size of the Christmas card. Most calendars come with suitable envelopes but Flat Wall calendars, Hanging Calendars and Wall Planners do not come with any envelopes.
We've come across a few occasions where coffee has been spilt over a few envelopes whilst the cards are being signed - should anything similar happen to you, just call us and we will place some new ones in the post to you, absolutely free of charge!

8   Can I pay for my Christmas cards and calendars by Credit Card or can you send me an invoice?

You can pay by Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard. A Vat receipt will be sent to you separately to your order.
Businesses can request a proforma invoice which will need to be paid before orders are sent to print. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS transfer - our bank details will be on your invoice.

10   How can I create a more corporate image in our Christmas cards?

We have detailed above what is included in the basic price of the Christmas card, however you can include the following:

Company Logos
Printed in black for £20.00+vat.

Colour Printing
Your logo or personalisation can be printed in 2, 3 or 4 colour printing. Excluding the logo charge detailed above, colour printing is charged as follows:

One off charge of £50.00+vat for any number of cards.

Please add £20.00+vat if your logo is to be printed in colour as well.

Signatures
Include just one or everyone in the office! The charge for printing in black is a one off charge of £20.00+vat. Supply them digitally or an original copy by post for us to scan for you.

Front Overprinting - some of our Christmas cards can have your company logo foiled on the front of the cards. These Christmas cards have been especially created to incorporate this facility and are specified on each particular card. This is most suitable where your company logo is very distinct. Some, more modern logos may not be suitable, however send us your logo and we will let you know if it is suitable for this printing process.

11   Can I cancel my order?

Whilst we don't like to lose any orders, we recognise that occasionally you may need to cancel your order.

If you have not ordered a proof, your cards will go straight into production, and therefore your order cannot be cancelled, once it has been placed.

If you have requested a proof, you can cancel your order at anytime, prior to approving your proof.

Once you have approved the proof, your order will go straight into production and it is then too late to cancel your order.

As we will have printed your order especially for you, you will be charged for you order.

12   Can I alter the number of Christmas cards I order and amend the personalisation details?

You can change your personalisation and your order quantity, right up to the time you approve your proof. However, once you have approved your proof it will go straight to print and after this stage, it will be too late to alter the details.

13   How long will my Christmas cards take to be delivered?

Once you have approved your proof your order goes straight through to the printing process.

Whilst we endeavor to get orders delivered as quickly as possible, we ask you to allow 12 working days for your order to be dispatched. Courier delivery will take a further 48 hours.

If your order has either colour printing, is a bespoke order or has foiled personalisation on the front, delivery may take a little longer.

We will let you know by email when your Christmas cards and calendars have been dispatched so that you can expect delivery.

14   If I have ordered from you in the past, will you still have my details?

We keep details of your previous orders and we can easily refer to your previous requirements. If you would like a copy of your previous order, please contact us.

15   Do you offer any Guarantee?

We recommend that you always request a Free sample of your chosen Christmas card or calendar, prior to ordering. For your peace of mind, we recommend you order a proof, which will enable you to check your personalisation, prior to you order being printed.

It is rare that we have any problems, but in the unlikely event of your cards being printed incorrectly due to our error, we will reprint them immediately without question.

16   Can I select a charity with all the Christmas card and calendars designs?

All of our personalised Christmas cards can have a Charity accreditation and 10p per card will be donated to your choice of charity. Please see our brochure for details or refer to the Charity tab, shown for each individual design, if you are looking online. Unfortunately, you are not able to select a charity for any of the calendars, wallplanners or the card/calendars designs.

Please see our charity partners for more information.

Yes, We have most common fonts available. Just let us know the name of the font and we will let you know if we have it available.

18   What formats can I send my Artwork / Logo in?

For a small additional charge, we can incorporate artwork of your choice. Please see this year's price list for charges and indicate on the order form the print position required.

Good quality black and white artwork can be included, however faxed copies are not suitable.

Digital artwork can also be used. The minimum resolution that we use is 600dpi.
If you are supplying a photographic image (no negatives) we can only reproduce images at the quality provided and cannot return photographs.

Artwork can be emailed to us at christmas@card-company.co.uk but we would kindly ask that that you put your company name in the subject box. This will help us greatly in marrying it up with your order.

19   I've heard a lot about the Pricing in Proportion, what will it cost to send my Christmas cards?
